With a strong foundation in martial arts as a 5th degree black belt as well as a martial arts instructor and a cardio kickboxing instructor, I've had the privilege of empowering others to reach their full potential for years. My dedication to helping others has naturally led me to become a licensed massage therapist, where I combine my technical expertise with intuitive touch to facilitate deep relaxation, healing, and balance. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment, guiding individuals to reconnect with their body, mind, and spirit. With a holistic approach and gentle touch, I inspire transformation, wellness, and inner peace, and I'm grateful to be able to share my gifts with others.
